As the global leader in the production of high-purity stevia products for use by food and beverage manufacturers, PureCircle recognized a need to help educate the industry on the facts about stevia.
To do so, PureCircle provided investments for resources and expertise to advance the knowledge base of the category, thereby creating the Global Stevia Institute (GSI)
There is a great deal of stevia information publicly available and PureCircle’s goal is to ensure that the health professionals, food and beverage manufacturers, public policy makers, media and consumers are getting consistent and credible science-based information about stevia. The GSI will provide guidance and leadership in stevia education and will be a complement to other industry educational initiatives.
PureCircle is passionate about stevia and is the driving force behind moving stevia from niche to mainstream global acceptance.
